How long can I keep the dumpster?
Standard rentals include up to 5 days. Additional rental time is $10 per day, subject to availability.
What can I put in the dumpster?
Most household junk, furniture, remodeling debris, and general cleanup materials are allowed. Hazardous materials, wet paint, liquids, propane tanks, batteries, and certain heavy materials are not permitted. See Rental Guidelines for full details.
Can I put concrete, dirt, brick, or rock in the dumpster?
Not unless Kelley Roll-Offs approves it in advance. Concrete, dirt, brick, block, rock, and other extremely heavy materials require prior approval.
What happens if I go over the included weight?
The 20-yard dumpster includes up to 2,000 pounds (1 ton) OR up to 4,000 pounds (2 tons), depending on the selected weight option. Additional weight is charged at $0.05 per pound.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily, as long as the delivery and pickup area is clearly identified, accessible, and free of vehicles, locked gates, low wires, branches, or other obstructions.
